Take her to the vet. If it is what I think it is - a staff infection that pus is highly contageous(sp) It needs to be cleaned out and an antibiotic salve put on it(and in the opening) In my guinea pigs (and in my horse) it has to heal from the inside out. Do NOT get that pus on an open sore!!!!!!!
