Awww gee thanks Sharon I am so pleased to meet another rescuer. I am happy you are able to use the information I fling about. I guess after 30 years of dogs being my life I have acquired a lot by hot and miss. You know I haven't seen a dog yet that wasn't in love with cat food. I just wonder what is it that they crave so much?I know what you mean by the good coats. I sold a puppy to a fellow that lived in New York last year and it made me so proud as a breeder when he told me his vet said he hadn't ever seen a more beautiful coat on a chi. Yep some chi's are 'picky' little fellows but you gotta love them anyway! I'm always willing to learn. I'm also in animal rescue...I'm with a local Humane Society here in town...a lot of the information is really useful to me and others...I think it's great how everyone gets together here and shares their knowledge~~~I'm especially reading everything on food for the Chihuahuas. My dogs eat Purina One puppy food...lamb and rice...BUT...they love corn flakes (dry)...and I can't keep them out of the cat food. Both are very healthy...good coats...no dental problems...oh...and they eat chicken noodle soup.My male chi has to eat whatever I'm eating...but I don't give them candy and things like that. I do cook them chicken and rice...healthy things. My mom has a little chi..the brother to mine...and we have a hard time getting him to eat anything! He is VERY picky...Sharon ----- Original Message ----- From: Mare To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, October 09, 2007 3:27 AM Subject: [Chihuahuas] The Carpet Cleaning Problem
