Hi Jan, It sounds like you made the right decision about adopting your two little ones. Congratulations, and how old are they? I adopted my boy about 9 months ago, and was really fortunate to get him. He was 2 1/2 yo and now over 3. Yes they need a lot of exercise so I walk him about 3 times a day.
