Eyes will get a "glow" like or have a different look when light is shined on 
them. It is the same concept as why we often have "red eyes" in pictures. There 
are actually scientific terms for the whole thing...but hey, I'm no scientist, 
lol

  Hi The 2 chis i rescute are doing good.But i have to aske you all 
  some.Cockie got a red nose and golden/green eyes when the light hit her 
  ther red most of the time.Anybody now anything like it?Brutus and Sissy 
  getting along well with Cockie and Shadow.Cockie is so happy to be an 
  inside dog ,she still waits at the door for us to tell her is ok to 
  come in.But when wetter pemit we leave door open so she learn its ok to 
  go in and out.We belive that she got hit to,any sudden movement and she 
  hides in the corner ore rolles on her back.Time will show her nobody is 
  getting to hurt her ever again.Still have some problems housebraking 
  but nothing i can handel.We did call the animal shelter on them They 
  got the 4 Puppys of cockie and 2 more chis that i did not seen over 
  ther .All were outside and coverd in Fleas.Talk to my friend works with 
  them all have found homes.I am so happy.
