Brutus is 4lb and he dont like any bigger then him they scare him 2 to 3 lb hi 
dont mind and hi plays with them anything over that hi gets in my lap just 
shacking.He is scared to get hurt.Brutus plays with Cockie 6 1/2lb when she 
gets to raudi her crys out so she leave him alone.With my first chi i hat a 
doberman and hi playd with her him laying an the graund her running over his 
hat.Hi was a rescue no longer with me but thas an other story.So make shure 
they dont hurt eachother.

I also worry that Maxx being an only (dog) doesn't teach him much 
about socialization or playing with others. We do play together but 
how much can I play with him? It can get tiring sometimes (not 
physically tired but the same game over and over). I was just 
chatting with the breeder from whom I got Maxx and he said that I 
should consider getting another chi for Maxx to play with. It'll be 
easier for him to learn to be friends with one than when he is a bit 
older. He's 6 months now and I've had him for just 2 months.

I'm not sure about getting a second dog yet. I feel like it's too 
soon since Maxx is my first. I can't imagine going through the 
papertraining again and all that. Especially since I feel that I was 
just really lucky that Maxx is a neat freak! Haha! But I do wish 
that he has another dog to play with. I have a friend who has 
puppies but they are so much bigger and rowdier than Maxx (though 
they're just 2 months) that they bite his legs and ears and he just 
gives out a yelp and spends his time running AWAY from them!

When I'm trying to keep him up and he's too sleepy to play, even by 
himself, I lay him on my lap. True, he dozes off but I think the 
fact that he's not in his bed yet -- it doesn't count as him calling 
it a day. Hehe.
