Chiquita didn't like other dogs either i got a kitten and now she plays every
hour on the hour chasing the kitten through the house and up the stairs i have
a perpetual race track in my house when everyone is quite and still Chiquita
has gotten better about socializing and now she will play with the male chi
down the street from us and is not so mean i guess i have to agree it takes
time and some are more playful then others

My chi's will play with any animal that will play back. They love my mother
in law's daschund and when we were there last, my father in law has beef cattle
and had some calves penned and my two chis went up and were sniffing noses with
them (these calves were used to bigger dogs) My dogs wanted to play with the
calves and the calves were totally interested in the dogs but of course I
didn't want them to step on them but it was so funny!

born on Oct 2/06 and my male was born on Sept 27/06 and they whirl
around the living room catapulting off my furniture (it is CRAZY!!!!)
and they also go shoulder to shoulder standing on their hind legs
going "rrrrrarrrarararar" play biting each other and then they chase
each other around the female trying to bite the male on the neck to
show her dominance. He trys to bite her leg.

they want to lie together and compete for attention and sleep
together sometimes in their seperate boxes sometimes in the same
box....these two continually amuse me.

they loved my 15 year old cat and wanted to play but she is just too
old and I just got another cat last month, adopted from a rescue and
she whaps at them with her paws and the female whaps her back and the
cat bats the male from under the coffee table....WHEW. ...it is such a
zoo here and then when I have my 5 yr old son part of the time
running around.....it' s pretty crazy!!! They all go round and round
hahahaha.
