Sometimes it is just impossible to guess. I know with one litter I had, I kept Cayenne because she was smaller and so nicely built. I gave Lucky to an older gentleman who was wanting a dog I chose to giver her because she was the largest of the litter and didn't look like she would turn out all that great. Well, the man decided a puppy was more than he could handle since he was old and his health was not good, so he returned her and I kept her. Turns out, Cayenne is now 6 pounds and isn't the best quality ever was (she isn't ugly...just not real good quality) and Lucky has topped out at 4 pounds and is exactly what I like in a chi!! So sometimes you just can't tell, lol
Speaking of Lucky, She turned a year old this week and is in heat. I had no intentions of breeding her this young, but she had other ideas......she and Porky will be proud parents in a couple of months, lol Marsha Do not tell God how big your storm is. Tell the storm how big your God is. ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, November 09, 2007 2:43 PM Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] Ok Everyone I want a little baby and I am having a hard time trying to figure adult weight calculated from weight at birth or at 11 weeks. Cesar was 1 lb 7 oz at 11 weeks and 5 lbs at 6 mos and I bet he's well over 6 lbs now at almost 9 mos and he's not tall or fat, he's long and lean. gloria ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ See what's new at AOL.com and Make AOL Your Homepage.
