You have to treat the yard, the house, the dog's bed, and the dog. About four months ago, I used nematoes in the yard, sprinkled diatomaceous earth around the den (Cesar does not have run of the house), on Cesar's bed, and even on Cesar (put some in a sock and dusted him with it).
