Dear Claudia, you are so right.  I don't know how common it is back East but 
here in So Cal there are so many chis in Pounds that I have been to I couldn't 
believe it.  And there are even more in rescues.

You dont have to show to breed.Just remember there are a lot of chis in 
Shelters and in need off homes .Breeding is easy finding thr propper home is
