In the story of Don Quixote, his companion is a short chubby man named  
"Sancho Pansa"
"pansa" is a slang word for "belly", so  "Panson" (pa-an-son)  means fatty.  
In Spanish speaking  families, baby boys are often called "Papi" (Pa pee) 
(sort of like little  man).
