Check at the pet store and see if they have the free samples.....that's how
I started out. Or check their web site, it has a store locater. That's how
I found a natural dog food store in my area. Never knew it was there. They
gave me free samples of not only Timberwolf but other natural dog and cat
food kibble too. I purched my first few bags there, but it was a couple
dollars cheaper getting it on-line. Since Timber Wolf doesn't charge S&H, it
was great for me, saved me a couple dollars, and I didn't have to drive
almost 20 miles to get it. My oldest, Lacey, is real picky, so at first I
was buying some natural canned food to mix into the kibble. Then because
there was a shortage of the canned food, Real Gold, I started using tuna, to
get by till the can food came in. Then it finally dawned on me that the
tuna, .50 cents per small can, was cheaper than the canned food, $1.40 per
13 oz can. I could use tuna for .40 cents less per day. Now Lacy sits in
front of me and whines till I get it mixed together for her, the she wolfs
it down. I was having trouble with her getting blocked anal glands every few
months and would have to take her to the vet to get them un-plugged. She has
not needed that since I started feeding her this way, last Apr. This is the
longest she has gone, without a trip to the vet for un-plugging, in several
years. So between the improvement of the eye drainage, slow weight lose,
and no vet bills for un-plugging her anal glands, we are both a lot happier.
And, the other 2 girls and 2 cats love it too.
Blessings to u and your's :-)

I have been contemplating this food for Bogie. He is so picky though I just
don't know if he will eat it. I think I will try the sample pack first and
see. He does eat frozen raw that we buy at a Pet store. He likes it but some
days he will eat it and some days he won't. Royal Canin has been the only
dry I can get him to eat, except for the cheap stuff like Purina.
