Hopefully, it was milk chocolate and not concentrated dark chocolate. I am
sure they will be fine :-) -- em

Subject: [Chihuahuas] bad day

This has not been the best day for me. I have been fighting a migraine for a
week and today my head is just busting! I was trying to hurry up and get
cleaned up this morning to go to my mom's so she could rub some muscle rub
on my neck and shoulders and massage a little to relive some pressure, when
she called me and said my grandma wanted me to run to town to the bank for
her. I could barely see straight, but I went and got my mom to go to the
bank with me. We were gone for about a half hour and when we got back, my
daughter met us at the door with a big box of candy....I had wrapped a box
of chocolates for my SIL for Christmas and put it under the tree. It was in
a box, the box was in plastic shrink wrap, then it was in Christmas wrapping
paper....you would think all that would cover the aroma....but no....the
Chihuahua's had gotten into the box. In all, 13 pieces of chocolate was
gone...and with 6 small dogs in the house, we had no idea who had ate the
candy. I was especially worried about Lucky, who is due January 9th....very
worried about the pups!

We called the vet, was told to get as much peroxide as possible down each of
them (since we didn't know who!) and make them all throw up. Everyone has
now thrown up except Chiffon....I swear that one has a stomach of steel! So
for now, it is a wait and see. Praying to God that there is not enough
chocolate in any one dog to harm them and that none of Lucky's pup's have
been harmed.

Keep the chis in your prayers........And I still have a splitting headache!

Do not tell God how big your storm is. Tell the storm how big your God is.
