He probably has bad "teeth genes".....bad teeth are hereditary, and short of early care and prevention, there isn't alot you can do once they have started falling out......Make sure he isn't in pain from any bad teeth. See the vet to see if there is any hope for saving the remaining teeth...... Marsha
