No you can't delete a post that you have already posted. Only the group owner 
and moderator can do that. I think you are referring to all the messages left 
in a post when you reply. Or rather you are referring to trimming your post so 
all the old stuff is not left on. Most people on digest need this to be done.  
I trimmed everything except the last two conversations here. HTH

You as a poster can go in and delete what you posted!!! It helps with
the topic RE:'s that happens!! Also if someone doesn't like something
about a post e-mail the person that posted it instead of posting a
complaint about it!! Thank you, Concerned New Member
