I use Paint Shop Pro 10. It has some tools for fixing pics. Like red eye
and scratches. It also has a tool that allows u to lighten or darken a
specific part of a pic which is real helpful. It also has a Auto pic
fixer that helps sometimes. I am a PSP addict and love the challange of
fixing pics and creating new pics.
