On the weight chart, go to the current age and across to the current weight in 
OZ (16 oz in a pound) then down that column to the estimated adult weight. 
HOWEVER, don't put a lot of faith in the weight chart....it is a good help at 
getting a questimate only when you factor in a bunch of other stuff :-)
