the Neosporin is fine, but don't bandage it...it needs air or it will get raw. Just put on a thin layer and there wont be enough for her to get sick if she licks it. Also remember, licking is a dogs natural way of healing itself...the licking in general good for minor abrasions ect and is only a problem for large wounds, ect. Marsha
