I've made two "sweaters" now and posted pictures of Chico modeling for
me in our "Chico" album - feel free to take a peek. Sweater 2 is the
second one I made with no pattern - just kind of eye-balling and rough
fittings. It is a mock turtle neck with a chest panel and a tighter-
fit back - more like a "muscle sweater" lol. The arm wholes are huge
because there aren't any arms! The little band around the upper belly
holds the back down. In the pictures, the harness is pulling the
sweater a bit - and I do use as big of a stich as I can make so there
will be plenty of give.
The second sweater, is actually my first attempt and a lot more
substantial than the 2nd sweater (I had to make do with the amount of
yarn I had leftover to make the 2nd one!). This one is the one with
the long belly band that goes under the tummy and up the outside of the
sweater and attaches with a vintage buckle - much more stylish!
Hope you enjoy the pictures of my darling Chico - more to come!
