I am in central Texas. There are so many Texas breeders, why did you go out of state? I got Cesar from a breeder close by who has been breeding chihuahuas for more than 30 years. I had hoped he'd be no more than 5 lbs but the last time he was weighed at the vets he was just shy of 6 lbs, so I know he's well over that now. He's not very tall but long bodied and lean. He is beautiful, just bigger than I had hoped. I want a tiny chi, so I am looking. Gloria
