I did that only because the breeder was concerned that he'd have a  
hard time adjusting to a new owner and would refuse to eat.  When he  
started eating dry, I'd mix a bit of powdered milk in his dry food.   
It wasn't necessary, just a precaution.  I didn't have to do it for  
long.

Question -- they don't need milk at 12 weeks anymore right?  Just  
dryfood and water?
