I can't reply as to eye color but I can show you what has happened with
coat color, which I can only assume might be the same thing.
I've attached a photo of Baby Max before I bought him (he was known as
Greg then) and another photo of Baby Max at just under 3 years. There is a
remarkable difference in markings. And I can tell you that, as a pup, he had
NO spots, but as a DOG, he has LOTS of spots on him now...
