Thank you very much for your reply ...I am perservering with my Bella and have had her to the vet for for her regular check ups. The vet has mentioned that she is the smallest Chi she has seen. She seems healthy enough at this time...I hope for many many years...Bella looks deerish, with long thin legs and an apple head. when she walks it looks as though she is walking on air. When we first purchased her however, she had diarrhea quite bad, and went hypoglycemic. At that time the vet treated her with antibiotics and a sugar type medicine for hypoglycemia and added calories. You are probably right when u say her troubles are likely due to enviroment as well. We adore her and have unknowingly allowed her to develope some neurotic and aggressive behaviors. We are working with her as a family to help her overcome some of her aggressive behaviors. The vet told us that often small dogs like Bella will exhibt these behaviors. Our new baby in the meantime is avoiding Bella ...My prayer is that they will grow into healthy happy little dogs....Once again thank you ...
