With a crew of seven, I bathe them as infrequently as possible. I used to
bathe them in the kitchen sink but discovered that my back was killing me by
pup #3.
I have since discovered that if I put them in the bathtub, then sit on the side
with my feet in the water WITH THEM, they feel like I'm in there with them and
none of them get upset at having to get wet...
And I don't get the backache!!
I use a 4 cup plastic measuring cup (the kind with a spout) to rinse them off.
I change the water every three dogs (first wash a white dog with the clean
water, then wash a red dog with the mildly dirty water, then switch to a black
dog for the last bath...) Works for me!!!
;-)
OH! I also use dog shampoo, just cuz I figure they probably have a different
ph balance than humans do. If someone can tell me I'm wrong, I'd switch to
baby shampoo....
