I just got home from a business trip to a part of our state that was extremely hot for the past couple days. Kiko stays in the room (I am with her most of the time). She whines at the door because she want to "walk" and it is nice out. Early morning and late evening we went for long walks. During the day I carried her to a patch of grass so she could pee then I carried her back to the motel room. One lady said to me 'why don't you let that little thing walk instead of carrying her'. My reply, " would you like to walk on that 120 degree cement barefoot??" Something a lot of people forget, their little paws. We always leave a "do not disturb" sign on our door so no one enters. We got home last night and even with all the pampering Kiko got, SHE WAS SO GLAD TO BE HOME. She is out sunbathing on the step right now. She has on real strong sunscreen so we don't worry about burning. (remember, Kiko lost most of her hair so she is bare skin). Hope this gives some insight to maybe a few things. Love, Diana

I just can't bare to be away from them that long. We will spend alot of time at the cabin but we will go out to do sight seeing...we are going to Dollywood this time too (anyone ever been ...I heard they have awesome food).
