my isp provides a place to check "webmail" online, but I like the convenience of outlook better. I can download then go offline and respond as needed, ect. Still having major probs though and keep loosing more and more emails. I like to save certain emails and I have lost a lot of the ones I wanted to keep....and have lost many recent personal emails I needed to reply to!! Marsha
