I am fostering a tiny chihuahua, she is about 3, and her head bobbles
around as if she either can't focus properly or she has a neurological
issue. Is this something others do as well? is it common?
Also, she was spayed last week and has healed except for a tiny "hole"
about where her belly button is. Should she go to a vet?
