I had a puppy with seizures, vet wanted to put to sleep, I kept her , she outgrew them - very rare outcome but it happened - she died several years later after I fed her grapes. I would go to another vet, my puppy was hydrocephalic, she didn't mention condition of molera. if she can't/won/t drive as far as necessary to get good vet care euthanasia may be best option.
