I'm not sure. Others are saying it may be low blood sugar. Or it may be a fever because of an infection since you said she feels warm and is shaking. I have never dealt with a dog with low blood sugar before. But, if that's what it is, giving her Karo Syrup or Nutri Cal might help. Has she been eating today? Acting sick at all until now?
