You are right.They are so busy some times one get a dog and the person on the Phone don/t know about it.They have to take care of a lot of them.I know when one of my Rottweiler's got out they told me nobody turned
one in.When we got there that afternoon hi was in there.But the person on the phone did not know.So you do have to go and look for your self.
