To many Law suites.A lot of the junger people don't want to go were they have to be scared that they get suite over putting a bandage on the wrong way..You know what i mean.I hope.

But the money issue is not limited to foreign doctors. Money makes the world go round, seems. Too many people go into a career with the intentions of making a difference, but by the time they are a few years into it, they loose sight of the original goal of helping others and it becomes a matter of looking out for number one....making as much money as possible.... the "American Dream".
