I just took a photo of Cesar and again, I got that "oil painting" look. I can't figure why the camera does that every once in awhile or what I am doing to cause it. The only thing I found is that the flash was off, so maybe that affects the light and the end result. Anyway, I think its a precious photo of my boy.
