The vet says no people food but it is so hard

I can't see a dog not eating our recipe. But, stranger things have happened. My recipe is 2 lbs of heart cubed, 1 cup of barley, pressure cook or simmer til heart is tender. 45 min for pressure. with a dash of beef stock powder. When its done add 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen veg. Do a quick whiz in a processor. Just enough to make the chunks small not minced. then we divide the mix into containers and freeze it. I give my girls 1 large serving spoon each per night and we warm it.Does that help? Wefound a hotel with a microwave and a refrigerator? Do you have anyrecipes you recommend? Should it be served warm or cold? In the offchance he doesn't want to eat that recipe what do you expect? I'm sosorry for all these questions but I want to make sure I haveeverything to prepare my family for the evacuation.
