I am not saying they will.. Just what I dislike about them.. They are
definitely better than a collar.

But a cloth harness like this won't choke a dog, mostly because it is so
wide and not as binding as a collar. Bogie used one last winter with no
problems.

I am not real thrilled though on how they seem to go around the neck.. Tia
has a harness like that that looks like a biker girl vest. And it is the
same way so we don't use it much.. I think step in harnesses are better..
And her dress that is a harness is also step in.
