I have had 4 girls spayed in the last few years with no trouble at all. Just make sure the vet gives you some pain pills for her. When I took my daughters girl in I forgot about pain pills and she was in pain. Fortunatly I had some left over from 1 of my girls and I gave her some of those. My girls have taken pain pills just the first couple days. I guess because I have had a historectomy, that I have more sympathy than the vet....LOL :-) I keep my girls crated the first 24 hrs, except for potty, just to give it some time to close good before they do any running or jumping. I will keep you both in prayer. If you're like me, you will need prayer for seperation anxiety....LOL :-) That's the part I hate the most. My vet keeps them over night the first night and it is rough having them gone that long, for me and I think for them too.
Blessings to u and your's :-)

I will say a prayer. I have never had any complications. The scariest part
for me is the anethesia.

I am very concerned about spaying my chi. What are some tips on how to
keep her comfortable and has anyone had any bad complications?
