I have never heard of oatmeal shampoo, I was actually refering to the oatmeal cake things that you drop in bathwater when you have poisonivy, chiggers, ect...it helps relieve itching. It doesn't CURE it, just makes it feel a little better. My daughter lives on oatmeal baths during blackberrie season when she is out in the weeds so much, lol Marsha
