My friend, who is a police officer, said we do not have to
identify ourselves as family, you can say you are a friend and

I don't live in the town my mailing addy is either...in fact their is
another town with a different mailing addy between where I live
and the
town that I have a mailing addy for, lol. But, either way, that part
doesn't matter, because they have come up with the correct mailing
addy
for Claudia. A few people have it from where they corresponded via
snail
mail.
