I see Marcia has answered your question but as her breeder here is my take on it........... Her sister plays the intimidation game with another female...showing her she is 'alpha' all the time. But it is a game they play like chase around and around the house. I believe she is just playing with you.......that's her nature. Embarrassing and annoying? Yes.
