Since someone else already sent Claudia's address to this group a couple of weeks ago, I don't think I'm doing anything that might upset Claudia by sending it in again. Besides, I think if I were Claudia, I'd LOVE to receive lots of well wishes in my mail. But now I'm going to ask something I'm pretty sure would upset Claudia. See, her meds cost $876.93 out of pocket, and each doctor's appointment is $80. As you know, her 'husband' quit his job to stay with her while she was in the hospital. He might be back to work by now - I just don't know. Anyway, I'm asking that each of you that send her a greeting, please include $5 ONLY if you can afford it. Please, please, please do NOT feel obligated to send the $5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is MY request!!!!!!!! Claudia does NOT know I'm asking this of you all. Also, since her meds are pretty much knocking her off her feet, you may want to tell Claudia she does not have to write you back. The letter she wrote me was 2 pages, and writing it totally wore her out. Thank you all for caring about the loving woman Claudia is. None of you know this, but I can't afford to get my precious Katie spayed and have her 2nd row of teeth removed. When Claudia found this out, she put a donation jar in her local store for Katie.
