Sorry, this got sent before I finished. More than likely your fogger did not kill all the fleas. They are hard little buggers to kill. Sometimes the fogger or sprays won't kill the eggs, that may have been what you found on your dog. You will probably have to spray your house again. When I sprayed or dusted I did so everywhere and by that I mean between the mattresses, under the furniture etc.. Too much topical is as bad as not enough.
