Tia was a year old in May.. She is just now getting her neck fur back.. She went right down to skin.. Lol.. She has her pants but I don't think she will ever be a real long hair.. I just have to wait and see I guess.. She was 7 MO old when I got her from a rescue. I had wondered how long it took for the LC Chi to get its full coat. Nitro is 4 months old and apparently losing his baby hair right now. His tail and his ears are long though.
