I don't think the breeder is lying.  it's about knowing the parents and 
grandparents background and Lines.

My Gizmo is the weight that his breeder quoted.  Maybe even a little smaller.  
I can't see him getting much bigger.

I keep reading about chihuahuas weight, from all these rep breeders with years
