Cat food is not healthy for dogs at all. They are a different species and have different nutritional needs. What I would do is feed the cats and kittens up high where Ginger can't reach it or in a different room than her. And feed Ginger her own dog food. And, that way she will get the nutrition she needs. I am not sure about the cat poop eating. Gizmo eats his own poop. Does the Deter say you can give it to cats and kittens? If you can, then maybe that will keep Ginger from eating thier poopies.
