My Chi is a male but I do have an intact female Aussie Shepherd. Sometimes when she goes into heat, she gets real lethargic and acts a little sick, too. I think it's kinda like human females when we have our time of the month. You know, cramps, tiredness, etc. Your Chi might not feel very well for a few days. She also might not like the Diapers on her. The first time I put a collar on my Chi, Gizmo, he just laid there all patetic looking like he couldn't move. He didn't like it at first and acted like he was very sad to have it on him. Chihuahuas are a very dramatic breed sometimes so maybe your girl is just telling you she is not happy at the moment. I wouldn't worry too much unless it persists for couple of days. Then you might want to contact your vet just in case. Stefanie
