The owner said it was the same size as the smallest listed in Guinness Book and smaller than the one that appeared on Oprah. It was tiny and lively, jumping up and down and giving kisses when it saw its owners. The daughter had been in the car holding it when I first noticed it, so of course I had to ask about it.
