Operates under the name "Sonrisa's Chihuahuas", an internet chihuahua
puppy scam. Gets the buyers money and does not deliver the puppy.
Refuses to give a refund on the deposit, and makes harrassment calls
to the person complaining to the police. Prior complaint from a person
on this site (Donna), and I have talked personally to a Jodie O'Brien,
who has had similar problems.
