I kept getting an error too...one thing that did help was I went to a different page on the site by clicking a different link on the menue, and then I clicked on the "free" link from that page. It got me almost all the way through, but then on the very last step I got "service unavailable" but that COULD be my lousy comp....so maybe someone could try from a different page on the site and let us know what happens.....
