4 is NOT to many for momma to feed. However, make sure she has enough milk...if she doesn't, they do have a shot to increase milk. Sometimes the runt will get pushed aside by the bigger ones and not get enough...if this is happening, take time a few times a day to get the other three away for a few minuts so the runt can nurse in peace....between your giving them a few minutes a few times a day alone with mom, and the amount the manage to get through the bigger ones for...the runt should be fine....
