I was a very active women when I was Jung.Now I'm happy when I make it to the day without pain like so many of us.I was never home always doing some.I volunteered at so many thinks mostly with animals.I trained dogs,breed dogs helped in the local Animal Shelters.Yeas i guess I'm missing allot of it.But I hat to learn to slow down ore more like putting the breaks on and stop.With the Lords help I be better soon.Alright its time to to quit feeling sorry for myself.I have all of you,a wonderful man my Bruce and of course my 2 baby's Brutus and Sissy.

I am 4ft 9in and about 115lbs. Hubby and I am testing for blue belt in Chinese Shao-lin Kung Fu. I have a black belt in another art but that was 15 yrs ago. My oldest son has his black, my youngest son is getting ready to test for his brown in the Shao-lin. We love it and it is a GREAT family activity that is also very active and keeps us in shape. This is my sons 3rd rescue ferret. He also volunteers with the local ferret shelter. They are great and have always gotten along with the chihuahuas. I am not sure about our new little girl since we have only had her a couple of days.
