That is a good story... i am always chasing the little Bichon Frises (sp) that
live up the street back home. they have them in a fenced yard but every now and
then they still get out. I wish every body paid attention to others pets. But
if they dont watch out for the neighborhood kids.... well yall know how that
goes... anyhow thanks for sharing and I hope you feel better soon.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Some better news

I am so sorry for Mare and hoping for Claudia’s speedy recovery.  I can’t read
all the e-mails because I am still recovering from my back surgery. But I
wanted to share a “happy” story with you all. Since my back surgery, we have
had to move my computer to a desk on my first floor which gives me full visual
site to my front yard. This afternoon I saw a streak of light fur run past
right past the windows. I knew it was the mini spaniel that lives next door.
She is normally is never let to run free as she was been hit by a car before.
($2,000 plus vet bill from the accident). I yelled to my husband that she was
loose and running towards the woods that leads to a busy road. My husband went
to the neighbor and asked if his dog was in the house, he checked and she
wasn’t there. Luckily she came back running back around our house and by then
our neighbor was outside and able to catch her safe and sound, and very
grateful we saw her get loose. She is
 a cute little blonde spaniel.
