Hi everyone~~Well...Dora has been here for a week today. She's such a good
little dog. I'm so glad those people gave her up...and we got her! They haven't
called or come once to check on her...some people say maybe because they didn't
want to leave her again...I think they just don't care...they could have
called. She acts like she's been here forever. Sox STILL likes her...haha They
get along good...and play together...but if he's in one of his beds...he won't
let her in it...but if he's not in it...then he lets her stay. He's a
possessive little bugger. She's very jealous! She snaps at Sox's face or the
cats if they come by me and she's on my lap. She loves my parents! My dad (who
is still recovering from a stroke) likes to sit and hold her...she's a spoiled
little girl already! I can't wait to be able to buy her some little "girlie"
clothes. I saw some really cute ones last night. I think I'm gonna try to make
her some..Sox has some for now...I want to make them something for
Christmas...as far as her barking goes...it's a LOT better...all I do is tell
her to hush...and put my finger on her muzzle...that's how I trained Sox not to
bark too much. I don't care if they bark sometimes..after all...that's their
way of "talking" ....a woman I talk to once in a while has a coon hound...and I
love coon hounds...every time her phone rings...that hound starts to howl and
she won't shut up until she gets off the phone...it's funny...but kind of
annoying when you're trying to talk about something important...haha If my
parents aren't home and their phone rings...their dogs howl...it's
funny...Bear...the Chihuahua started it...now the poodles chime in....gotta
